I know what you mean about holding anger in towards people who have treated you badly. I came to Cambodia with anger at two friends who I felt treated my wrong. Somehow being here made me realize that my anger wasn't doing anything but upsetting me, and I was able to let go of it. It's nice not to feel so much anger when I think about them now. It still makes me sad how I was treated, but my anger wasn't making them pay for what they did, it was only hurting me. Hopefully something will happen that will help you release your anger too.

As a kid, I watched my mom walk down to the end of our driveway, open up the trashcan, and talk to it. It turns out she was literally throwing away everything she was angry about, and it changed that period in my parents' marriage so profoundly. Swimming with dolphins would be awesome but you have to be careful and make sure the site is legit. There are so many companies that offer that experience and they are just horrendous to the dolphins not to mention the way they catch the dolphins is horrible. Have you ever seen The Cove? Its insanely depressing but important watch. Sorry if I just totally bummed you out

Swimming with the dolphins...have always wanted to do that too! Oh and you should check out San Diego...it's so nice! Still gets cool with the occasional cold day and stays warm with the occasional hot day but the weather is nothing like here in VA.
